How to Set Up an Appointment
We do not currently accept appointment requests via email.
For a medical appointment:
Please call (573) 234-1000 to speak with a Patient Service Coordinator to schedule an appointment with DeSpain Cayce Dermatology Center. They can schedule the appointment as well as answer any questions you may have.
Medical patients are seen Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm, except for Thursday 9am to 6pm.

For a medical spa appointment:
In order to schedule an appointment with DeSpain Cayce Medical Spa, please call (573)446-5166. Julie, our Cosmetic Service Coordinator, will gladly answer any questions you may have.
Medical Spa hours:
Monday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Select Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
