LABWORK
DeSpain Cayce Dermatology does not offer lab draw services in our clinic. However, we highly recommend Boyce and Bynum. They have several locations around Columbia. Locations are listed on their website www.bbpllab.com.
INSURANCE
Please bring your insurance card to each appointment. We currently accept most insurance plans, including United Healthcare, Healthlink, Coventry and GHP. We are providers for Anthem BCBS. Call our office or contact your insurance company if you are unsure if we are providers for a plan.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We may have questions regarding your insurance or paperwork for you to fill out. In addition, although we recognize your time is important we may ask you to reschedule if you have multiple concerns. We ask that you respect the time of our other patients by informing us of all your concerns when your appointment is scheduled and honoring this request at your appointment.
DIRECTIONS
The office is southwest of the Columbia Mall. From the Mall, proceed south to Broadway. Turn right and go 2.7 miles to Chapel Hill Road. Turn left (east) and take the first right (south) to our street, Corona Road. Parking is located to the front, side, and rear of the building. PLEASE NOTE: Google Maps has an incorrect listing for patients traveling from the south. Do not take College Park. Instead, please take a left on Forum, make a right on Chapel Hill and continue until you reach the Village of Cherry Hill at the corner of Scott Boulevard and Chapel Hill. In addition, this area is scheduled to be under construction for the remainder of 2009. Scott Boulevard may be especially affected. Call the office if you have any problems finding us.
