to Skintuition Medical Spa, we have designed a program to reward you!

 

• Get your VIP Rewards card from one of our Patient Services Coordinators in the front office. We will activate and record your card number in our system. Keep it someplace safe and remember to bring it each time you make a purchase.
• Start earning rewards! Present your card at each transaction. For every dollar spent at Skintuition, you earn 1 reward point. For every 500 points, you receive $50 in Skintuition reward bucks. These reward dollars are redeemable at your next purchase!
• Redeem your rewards. Reward bucks can be used for products or services at Skintuition Medical Spa.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

• How do I know how many points I have?
• A receipt will print when your card is used. This receipt will have the total points and reward dollars you have earned.
• What if I forget how many points I have?
• If you lose your receipt, call us with your card number and we will be happy to verify how many points or reward dollars you have earned.
• Do I have to present my card to earn points?
• YES. The card must be presented the day that your purchase is made. We cannot go back and add points after that day. The actual card must be physically present. We cannot add points with just the card number.
• What services earn me points?
• The loyalty program is good for most Skintuition products and services. Medical services, skin tag freezing, cosmetic removals of growths, and milia extractions are excluded.                               
• Can I use my points the same day I earn them?
• NO. Your reward dollars are not redeemable until your next purchase.                              

• Can I transfer or share my points with someone else?
• NO. Your reward dollars are not transferable.

• What if I return a product I received points on?
• Skintuition reserves the right to remove any points for products returned or services refunded.
